Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models enabling understanding of data flow.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA with 6+ years acceptable; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side inorganic opportunities.
• Evaluate portfolio company operations to identify issues and deploy value creation solutions.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executives; contribute to proposal pricing strategies.
• Own and present project deliverables reflecting high analysis standards; manage multiple projects.
