• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in strategy consulting or MBA with 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PE clients on buy-side and sell-side inorganic opportunities.
• Evaluate portfolio operations to identify issues and value creation opportunities.
• Lead proposal development and pricing strategy discussions.
• Own and present project deliverables with a high standard of analysis.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and manage engagement economics.
