Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Experience leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models; strong data fluency.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in strategy consulting or related field; MBA with 6+ years acceptable.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and define scope, plan, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements for inorganic growth and value creation.
• Engagement management including proposal pricing and client interactions.
• Own and present project deliverables reflecting high analysis standards.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of work products.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop point-of-view documents and participate in public speaking or publications.
