Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A Service Delivery experience in strategy consulting or industry roles.
• Leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Working with financial statements and complex models to understand data flows.
• Providing a broad range of advisory services including strategy development, target scans, and diligence.
• Partnering with senior executives to define engagement scope, plan, and budget.
• Defining deliverable structures and facilitating buy-in from client leadership.
• Mobilizing and leading multiple engagement teams and workstreams.
• Travel up to 50% as required by client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements to unlock value through inorganic growth.
• Own and present project deliverables reflecting a high standard of analysis.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and day-to-day project work.
• Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop point-of-view documents and participate in public speaking or industry publications.
