Deloitte in the United States seeks a Senior Manager for M&A Strategy & Diligence focused on Private Equity. You will lead fast-paced diligences from thesis to close and translate complex data into actionable, IC-ready insights.

You will drive value creation, synergy planning, and integration readiness while guiding high-performing teams in competitive deal environments. You will work with PE clients to evaluate portfolios, manage engagement economics, and influence proposal pricing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Experience leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and define engagement scope, plan, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements that unlock value through inorganic growth and value creation.
• Engage with private equity clients to evaluate portfolio and identify buy-side and sell-side opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors; contribute to proposal pricing strategies.
• Own and present project deliverables reflecting a high standard of analysis.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure on-time, quality delivery of work products.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
