Deloitte’s M&A Strategy & Diligence practice in the US seeks a Senior Manager focused on Private Equity diligence, leading fast-paced engagements from thesis to close and delivering IC-ready insights for value creation.

You will guide buy-side and sell-side opportunities, manage client interactions, and mentor teams while driving measurable improvements in portfolio performance and integration planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements for inorganic growth and value creation.
• Partner with private equity clients on portfolio evaluation and opportunities (buy-side/sell-side).
• Own and present project deliverables reflecting high analysis standards.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time, quality delivery of work products.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
