Job summary

Deloitte’s M&A Strategy & Diligence group seeks a Senior Manager to lead fast-paced PE diligences from thesis to close. You will translate messy data into clear, IC-ready insights, support value creation, and guide cross-functional teams through multi-project environments.

You will partner with senior PE clients to define scope, lead engagement teams, and manage risk and economics while delivering high-quality deliverables in competitive deal timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Experience leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients.
• Ability to manage multiple engagement teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex strategic engagements for inorganic growth and value creation.
• Partner with PE clients on buy-side and sell-side opportunities; drive diligence results.
• Own and present deliverables reflecting high analysis standards and impact.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage engagement economics and client relationships across projects.
