Job summary

Deloitte's Private Equity M&A Strategy & Diligence practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead diligence from thesis to close, turning complex data into IC-ready insights. You will drive value creation, manage engagements, and mentor teams within fast-paced deal environments.

You will partner with PE clients, guide portfolio assessments, and shape deal strategies while maintaining high-quality deliverables and professional client relationships across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Experience leading strategy or diligence engagements for PE clients.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex strategic engagements to unlock value in PE deals.
• Manage engagement scope, plan, budget, and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop and present point-of-view documents; support business development.
