Qualifications

• 8+ years M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies
• Partnering with senior executives to define engagement scope, plan and budget
• Experience with complex financial statements and models

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements for inorganic growth and value creation
• Manage engagement objectives and pricing strategies
• Own and present project deliverables meeting high standards
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure on-time, quality delivery
• Mentor staff through day-to-day interactions
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to practice communities
• Develop point-of-view documents and participate in external thought leadership
