Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Lead strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models.
• Provide advisory services for M&A, carve-outs and partnerships.
• Travel up to 50% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements to unlock inorganic growth.
• Own and present project deliverables reflecting high analysis standards.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
