Qualifications

• Leading buy-side/sell-side diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models; strong data flow understanding.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA with 6+ years' experience acceptable.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available; travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Sell, lead, and deliver complex strategic engagements to unlock value through inorganic growth.
• Engagement management and project delivery with senior executive stakeholders.
• Develop and price proposals; own and present deliverables reflecting high analysis standards.
• Manage multiple projects; ensure on-time, quality delivery and risk management.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to market eminence through blogs, speaking, and written viewpoints.
