Qualifications

• 8+ years in M&A or M&A service delivery, leading strategy and diligence engagements
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side diligence for mid-market PE clients
• Ability to work with financial statements and complex models
• Experience defining scope, plans, and budgets; leading teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to mentor

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex strategic engagements to unlock value through inorganic growth
• Partner with PE clients to evaluate portfolio opportunities and drive value creation
• Own project deliverables reflecting high-quality analysis
• Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and day-to-day interactions
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to community of practice
