Responsibilities

• Design and pilot AI-driven measurement to gauge seller skills and readiness.
• Architect and implement a unified global measurement strategy with North Star KPIs.
• Lead initiatives to scale and improve measurement of seller readiness across teams.
• Own strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
• Build a cross-functional measurement community of practice among enablement, strategy and technology teams.
• Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
