Flourish Health seeks a strategic Senior Manager of People Operations to lead our growing HR function. You will oversee employee relations, benefits, HRIS, leave administration, and compliance while developing a high-performing team.

We value hands-on leadership and a remote-friendly culture, with occasional in-person events. You’ll partner with the Director of People Operations to shape policies across multiple states and support teams doing important mental health work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
• Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other leave management programs.
• Deep expertise in multi-state employment law compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated success scaling HR operations in a growing organization (mid-size to large company experience preferred).
• Preferred: HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, mental health, or mission-driven organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and performance management.
• Scale the People Ops function to support organizational growth.
• Be hands-on while delegating and training team members as the team expands.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in People Ops processes and systems.
• Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
• Oversee FMLA administration, ADA accommodations, and leave management programs.
• Audit HR practices and employee files to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Partner with Director of People Operations on compliance matters and risk mitigation.
