Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Senior Manager to join the North America Community FI practice. The role focuses on selling consulting engagements and delivering results for large US financial institutions and issuing banks.

You will develop growth initiatives, promote the Visa brand, and lead strategic client conversations. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal Visa teams, managing a consulting sales pipeline, and delivering high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (or 2+ years with a PhD)
• Experience at a large management consulting firm or US financial institution
• Payments/Financial services experience
• Strong analytical/quantitative background
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in strategic planning discussions
• Lead business development efforts and manage a consulting sales pipeline with opportunities through close
• Collaborate with Visa teams for account planning (Account Executives, Client Marketing, VCA delivery)
• Build trusted relationships with issuing banks and credit unions to identify value opportunities
• Work with delivery partners to tailor Visa solutions for client growth initiatives
• Maintain records for pricing approvals, routing, and revenue recognition; contribute to project work as needed
• Provide leadership in defining timelines, resources, and work plans for initiatives
• Develop frameworks and actionable insights to drive client growth and portfolio performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale consulting approaches across VCA
