Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives strategic and financial outcomes for Visa's network clients across the NA region. We seek a Sr Manager to join the Community FI segment, lead engagements, guide analysis and storytelling, and develop the team in North America.

You will own delivery plans, coach consultants, integrate AI-enabled workflows, and identify opportunities to expand impact through additional engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, risk, and

Competenze

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
9+ years with Bachelor's or 5+ years with advanced degree or 2 with a PhD.
Experience at large management consulting firm or US Financial Institution.
Strong Analytical/Quantitative background.
Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance.
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
