Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Senior Manager to join the VCA Implementation Services - Technology team. The role emphasizes identifying high-impact opportunities, overseeing technology advisory and implementation, and leading cross-functional client engagements in North America.
The incumbent will drive consultative selling, solution development, and delivery across banking and payments, while building strategic client relationships and guiding teams to deliver measurable
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2+ years with a PhD.
- Experience delivering payments technology solutions at large firms or financial institutions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client engagements from proposal to execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative selling and client needs discovery within the North America region.
- Develop bespoke and scalable Visa solutions and coordinate with delivery partners.
- Drive solution delivery with strong project/program management.
- Build enduring client relationships and articulate strategy and ROI.
