Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a Sr Manager for the North America Community FI segment to drive high-impact projects, guide analyses, and manage 3–6 direct reports. This hybrid role emphasizes client delivery, talent development, and scalable workflows within a leading payments organization.

Key responsibilities include shaping project plans, storytelling, and coordinating with global teams to deliver actionable recommendations that improve client profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into practical workplans with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day project execution and team coordination.
• Develop analytical frameworks and guide use of data to produce insights.
• Review analyses and presentations for accuracy before client delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage Visa resources.
• Coach team members and contribute to staff development.
