Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a Sr Manager to join the Community FI segment in North America. You will own project delivery, shape analyses and storylines, and coach a team of consultants. The role blends client impact with people leadership, using AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency while maintaining rigor.

The position is hybrid with a requirement of three in-office days in the US, and you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Visa's global network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience at large management consulting firms or US financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements and workstreams with defined milestones and deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day execution, coordinate teams and client sessions, and ensure insights are credible.
• Develop analytical frameworks and guide use of Visa and industry data to produce recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects leveraging Visa resources.
