Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) in the NA region seeks a Sr Manager to lead engagements within the Community FI segment. You will guide analyses, shape client-ready stories, and mentor a team of consultants while advancing learning and delivery capabilities.

You will own project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and push for outcomes that improve profitability and growth. The role emphasizes scalable solutions and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements and workstreams with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day project execution, coordinating team and client sessions.
• Develop analytical frameworks using Visa and client data to generate credible insights.
• Review analyses for accuracy and clarity before presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers across functions to leverage Visa resources.
