Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Excellence to drive Sales Excellence across the division. This role will standardize processes, cadences, and capabilities deployment, acting as a trusted internal consultant to elevate sales performance and discipline. Reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and interacts with global leaders.

The position emphasizes business acumen, account management, and deployment of global programs, with high visibility and travel<25%. Remote work from an approved location in the United States is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sales or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in Sales, Commercial Finance or Sales Operations.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce/ CRM.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in matrix environment.
• Able to handle varying priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Drive global sales discipline, cadence and standardization of account management and sales process.
• Lead Global Commercial Excellence AIP across commercial teams.
• Facilitate and lead sales and account management discipline, cadence, and capabilities globally.
• Set strategic sales plan and roadmap and drive sales transformation, leadership alignment and internal execution to deliver on global plans.
• Represent sales voice of customer in strategy, design and delivery of global programs and priorities.
• Identify external and internal sales best practices and deploy across sales globally.
• Develop and drive sales policy deployment initiatives and AIP deployment initiatives.
• Drive sales best practices and business transformation and strategy deployment through sales teams.
• Trusted partner to sales leaders to facilitate and drive 80’s customer growth objectives
