Job summary
Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence to drive Sales Excellence globally, standardizing processes and cadences across teams. You will lead and partner with sales leadership to elevate performance and act as a trusted internal consultant for program deployments.
You will influence strategy, design and delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving efficiency across the commercial organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sales or related function.
- 7+ years of professional experience in sales or commercial excellence.
- Experience in a similar role and in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce/CRM.
Responsibilities
- Drive global sales discipline, cadence and standardization of account management and sales process.
- Lead Global Commercial Excellence initiatives across commercial teams.
- Facilitate and lead sales and account management discipline, cadence, and capabilities globally.
- Set strategic sales plan and roadmap and drive sales transformation and execution.
- Represent sales voice of customer in strategy, design and delivery of global programs.
