Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Director of SIOP Materials Management to lead material supply planning, supplier relations, in-plant materials management, and inventory control. The role drives demand-supply balance, risk management, and cost savings while aligning with division and corporate goals.

Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, advancing analytics, and leading cross-functional teams across finance, engineering, and operations to improve productivity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain materials management or logistics.
• 5+ years in leadership/management in global operations.
• Proven track record in overseeing global supply chain and supplier relations.
• Ability to optimize inventory and reduce costs while meeting production needs.
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term strategy for materials management and SIOP across the division.
• Improve supplier management, order fulfillment, inventory, and materials processes.
• Manage risks by diversifying supplier base and implementing resolutions.
• Align SIOP plan with customer expectations and facilities readiness.
• Identify total supply chain improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Increase visibility to reduce inventory and improve on-time delivery.
• Evaluate networks and pursue system/process enhancements to reduce costs.
• Lead supply chain initiatives and coach stakeholders with clear expectations.
• Collaborate with demand planning, engineering, operations and finance.
• Build executive-level supplier relationships for accountability.
• Foster continuous improvement and measurable KPI programs.
