Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager for Workplace Experience to lead hospitality-focused services across 26 client sites in the United States. The role combines in-office and remote work across Richardson/Dallas, LA, or San Francisco, with oversight of Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and admin services.

You will drive employee engagement, cultivate client partnerships, and ensure consistent hospitality-led experiences nationwide. Travel quarterly to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workplace Experience or related field, managing multiple locations.
• Proven leadership of client-facing teams and employee relations.
• Strong hospitality mindset and service excellence.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and service delivery across a dispersed portfolio.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and align services with business objectives.
• Lead employee engagement and workforce planning across a national portfolio of locations.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Oversee contingency planning, business continuity, and risk management.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide training and technology adoption to Workplace Experience teams.
• Mentor and develop team members, including performance management and recruitment.
• Coordinate schedules, cross-train staff, and track departmental goals.
• Ensure safety standards and alignment with CBRE RISE values.
• Support client leadership with quarterly travel to client locations.
