Job summary

TK Elevator Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager- National Projects in Atlanta, GA to drive large-scale elevator construction and modernization programs over $5M.

You will coordinate estimating, sales strategy, contract review, forecasting, and governance to boost performance and win rates across the Major Projects network. The role requires a senior level of project management expertise in the elevator industry, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of elevator project management experience and previous managerial experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project & Excel, and ability to read architectural/structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Major Projects Program and ensure successful execution of projects exceeding $5M.
• Support estimating, sales strategy, contract review, forecasting and governance to improve project performance.
• Monitor backlog and ensure Major Project Tool is up to date; report progress to leadership.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and share best practices across the PM network.
• Oversee internal continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with national operations VPs and field teams during bid and award processes.
