Job summary

TK Elevator in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager- New Installation to coordinate project teams, manage schedules, resources and budgets for complex elevator installations.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, monitor safety and quality, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and cost targets. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in elevator projects preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience in the elevator industry or heavy construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of related experience and education preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of project team and resources to meet schedules.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, and costs; communicate with stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with corporate objectives and standards.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve goals.
