TK Elevator in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for New Installation and Modernization. You will drive project scope, schedule, and cost, coordinate internal resources, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in elevator/construction industry desirable.
• Knowledge of elevator equipment and the construction industry and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or structural blueprints/drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement in project management efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety and administer safety programs.
• Coordinate programs to improve performance within a project or unit.
• Assist in training Branch Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and cost using verification techniques.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
