Job summary

TK Elevator in Marietta, GA is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative- Modernization to drive modernization contracts and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

You will coordinate bids, analyze specs, and develop sales strategies to win profitable projects. Responsibilities include creating quotes, presenting bids, negotiating SOWs with operations and legal, and ensuring on-time project delivery while meeting annual revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years elevator sales or industry experience preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid modernization projects and build strong customer relationships.
• Create quotes and bidding packages from blueprints and surveys.
• Present bids to customers and explain cost factors and specs.
• Coordinate with operations on SOW and change orders; ensure profitability.
