CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy. You will connect priorities across technology teams, coordinate with Lines of Business, and improve operating models, governance and performance metrics to enable scalable delivery.

You will own vendor operations, manage AI portfolio intake and onboarding, and partner with Finance and other stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance and value realization.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, strategic planning or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
