CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model. This role collaborates across technology teams and Lines of Business to improve efficiency and transparency, while strengthening vendor management, AI enablement, and operating and capital expense management.

Qualifications

7+ years in healthcare IT, strategic planning or digital transformation.
Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to manage complex initiatives.
Project management background and track record delivering programs.
Strategy experience in healthcare and relevant regulatory awareness.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, IT, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Medicare Technology strategy and operating model across teams.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security and Finance.
Improve vendor management, AI enablement and CAPEX/OPEX governance.
Establish processes, governance, rhythms and performance measures.
