CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model across technology teams and business stakeholders. This leader will drive efficiency, governance, and vendor management while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing vendor operations, managing operating and capital plans, and guiding cross-functional initiatives to scale

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, technology platforms and regulatory frameworks; lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• A project management background.
• Strategy experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model across technology teams and other Lines of Business.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Establish common processes, governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and performance measures.
• Own Medicare Technology vendor operations including vendor inventory, onboarding, performance, renewals, risk and value realization.
• Oversee operating and capital expense planning and management with Finance and initiative owners.
• Lead horizontal initiatives across Medicare Technology to improve end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with Ventures and Procurement to standardize vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.
