CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy across technology teams, coordinating with Lines of Business and cross‑functional partners to improve efficiency, transparency and scale.

This leader will own vendor operations, AI enablement, and financial planning, partnering with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance and Compliance to deliver measurable value while aligning with corporate goals for healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, technology platforms and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Improve Medicare Technology operating model with common processes, governance, and performance measures.
• Own Medicare Technology vendor operations including onboarding, performance, renewals, risk and value realization.
• Partner with AI Enablement to manage AI portfolio, use-case intake, prioritization, and governance workflows.
• Oversee operating and capital expense planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with Finance and initiative owners.
• Lead horizontal initiatives across Medicare Technology, e.g., cloud strategy and interdependencies, delivering end-to-end value.
• Collaborate with Ventures and Procurement to simplify onboarding of new vendors and consistent evaluation models.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Medicare Technology leadership with trends, insights, and progress updates.
