Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• Project management background.
• Strategy experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own Medicare Technology vendor operations, including vendor inventory, evaluation, onboarding, performance, renewals, risk, and value realization.
• Define virtual private cloud strategy and operating models across Medicare Technology.
• Oversee operating and capital expense planning and budgeting with Finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Legal and Compliance.
• Align with Ventures and Procurement to streamline vendor onboarding.
• Improve end-to-end delivery across organizational boundaries.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and performance measures for scale.
