CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model by driving cross-functional initiatives across technology teams and business lines. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to scale capabilities and improve governance.

The role focuses on vendor management, AI enablement operations, and managing operating & capital expenses while driving efficiency and transparency across

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• A project management background
• Strategy experience in healthcare

Mansioni

• Lead Medicare Technology initiatives and operating model improvements across technology teams and partners.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Own Medicare Technology vendor operations including vendor inventory, onboarding, performance, renewals, risk, and value realization.
• Oversee operating and capital expense planning and management for assigned portfolios, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Define virtual private cloud strategy and operating models, manage interdependencies and drive end-to-end delivery.
