Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5–7 years docketing or legal operations experience.
• In-depth knowledge of federal/state court rules and filing.
• Experience leading docketing teams across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day US litigation docketing operations across offices.
• Develop procedures, training, and best practices for scalable ops.
• Monitor court rule changes and ensure system accuracy.
