EY seeks a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits, delivering strategy, architecture, and organizational change across multiple engagements.

You will manage executive relationships, drive business development, and guide cross-functional teams through complex delivery with a focus on outcomes and value creation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience leading executive client relationships and business development.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and modern PAS solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex client engagements and multi-workstream programs across life, annuity, and group insurance transformation.
• Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs, accountable for success and client satisfaction.
• Establish trusted executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Drive revenue growth through account leadership and pursuits.
• Oversee governance, architecture, data, integration, testing, change management, and cutovers.
