Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead large, cross-functional life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs, shaping agendas, and developing executive relationships.

The role requires guiding multiple workstreams, managing budgets, and driving growth for the BTG practice in a nationwide US context. As a senior leader, you will define enterprise transformation strategies, oversee architecture and data activities, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro or similar.
Strong understanding of Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with accountability for success, finances, governance, and client satisfaction.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, COOs, and other senior leaders across engagements.
Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, governance forums, and revenue growth opportunities.
Define transformation strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and program governance structures.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery, automation, and advanced analytics across engagements.
