Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformations for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients within the BTG practice. You will guide strategy, delivery, and organizational change across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders.

You will oversee architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, and governance while driving client outcomes and revenue growth through executive relationships and cross-engagement leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro).
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure program success, finances, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders across engagements.
• Chair steering committees and governance forums; provide thought leadership on trends and modernization.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to expand business and collaborate with account leadership to drive growth.
