Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join EY's Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. In this leadership role, you will drive large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients.

You will provide strategic leadership across multiple engagements, shape client transformation agendas, develop executive level relationships, and help drive the growth of EY's BTG practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs exceeding multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development activities.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proven track record of developing new business, leading pursuits, and contributing to account growth.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with accountability for overall program success and client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and other senior leaders.
• Lead steering committees and governance forums while sharing industry insights and modernization strategies.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Define enterprise transformation strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, and release activities.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution at the executive level.
• Promote AI-enabled delivery, intelligent automation, and analytics across engagements.
• Lead and mentor managers and cross-functional teams; sponsor talent development and performance programs.
• Build and maintain a high-performing consulting organization through coaching and leadership development.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while fostering inclusion and collaboration.
• Lead pursuit efforts, proposal development, pricing strategies, and contracting discussions.
• Develop market offerings and IP to strengthen EY's competitive position.
