EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale life insurance transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will guide strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating with vendors and executive stakeholders to achieve client outcomes.

You will drive business growth, sponsor talent development, and oversee program risk management while advancing AI-enabled delivery, data analytics, and policy administration modernization across engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, or transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience with platform configuration, data migration, APIs, and integration.
• Strong executive communication and multi-vendor delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
