Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale life insurance and annuity transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will guide strategy, delivery, change management, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams.

You will build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, drive program governance, and oversee multi-vendor delivery while advancing analytics and intelligent automation. This role requires travel up to 50% and a strong track record in consulting and insurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Experience leading large consulting teams; managing engagement financials and profitability.
Experience with policy administration platforms like FAST (Verisk), FINEOS, ALIP or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams across life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic programs with accountability for success and client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
Drive multi-workstream programs across vendors and delivery teams; oversee governance and risk management.
Lead revenue growth through account leadership and new opportunities.
Champion AI-enabled delivery, automation, and analytics across engagements.
