Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs in Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits. You will shape client transformation agendas, develop executive relationships, and drive growth for EY's BTG practice.

You’ll oversee complex programs, manage multiple workstreams, and lead delivery teams while advancing AI-enabled delivery and analytics across engagements.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale transformations with multiple workstreams and teams.
Experience managing executive client relationships and business development.
Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro).
