Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs in Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits within its BTG practice. You will guide executive-level client relationships, shape transformation agendas, and drive growth across complex engagements.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee delivery governance, and champion AI-enabled, data-driven modernization across platforms, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams and teams.
• Experience leading executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience forecasting, profitability, and engagement financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure program success.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and other senior leaders.
• Direct multiple engagements and drive revenue growth through account leadership.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures across programs.
• Oversee platform configuration, data migration, APIs, and integration efforts.
• Promote AI-enabled delivery methods, intelligent automation, and analytics.
