Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in inclusion or HR at a law firm, government agency, or professional services firm.
• Ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Ability to travel to other Firm locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's response to client inclusion surveys and requests.
• Oversee the Opportunity & Inclusion Sponsorship Program.
• Develop and manage internal and external communications on inclusion initiatives.
