Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in inclusion or human resources.
• Must live within commutable distance to the office.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring a department budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inclusion programs and client-facing requests.
• Oversee internal and external communications on inclusion initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze associate utilization trends.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in project management

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to pay impeccable attention to detail

High level of proficiency with data management

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Education
