This role reports to the Chief Inclusion and Social Responsibility Officer and will lead the firm's response to client inclusion requests, oversee various inclusion programs, and develop strategies for engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in inclusion or human resources at a law firm, government agency or professional services firm required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in project management, operations, and leadership.
• High level of proficiency with data management, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's response to client inclusion surveys and requests.
• Oversee the firm's Opportunity & Inclusion Sponsorship Program.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the firm's affinity groups.
• Manage the Opportunity & Inclusion budget and resource allocation.
