Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in inclusion or human resources at a law firm or professional services firm.
• Must live within commutable distance to a firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring a department budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead response to client inclusion surveys and client-facing inclusion requests.
• Oversee the Opportunity & Inclusion Sponsorship Program.
• Lead strategy of the Pathways Scholarship Program.
