Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an Inclusion, Opportunity & Community Manager to join the Human Capital & Talent team. The role serves as a strategic advisor for affinity groups and Multicultural Coalitions, coordinating programs and governance across the firm with a hybrid/office presence.

Candidates should have a JD or related master’s degree, at least five years in inclusion and community work (law firm experience preferred), plus at least two years of managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• JD or related master's degree preferred.
• At least five years in inclusion, opportunity, and community work (law firm experience preferred).
• At least two years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to affinity groups and multicultural coalitions.
• Lead infrastructure, operations, and best practices for groups and coalitions.
• Oversee leader rotations, onboarding, and coordination with senior partners and HR.
• Develop annual strategies and budgets with group leaders and cross-group collaboration.
• Identify partnership opportunities and create shared resources and tools.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information.
