Job summary

Latham & Watkins is a premier global law firm seeking an Inclusion, Opportunity & Community Manager to advise and support Affinity Groups and Multicultural Coalitions. The role partners with IOC leadership and may be based in any U.S. office with hybrid/in-office flexibility.

Ideal candidates have a JD or related master, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years in inclusion work, plus two years of management experience. Strong communication and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• JD or related master preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of inclusion, opportunity and community work experience, ideally in a law firm.
• At least five (5) years of cumulative experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Affinity Groups and Multicultural Coalitions.
• Develop and improve infrastructure, operations and best practices for groups.
• Oversee leader rotations, onboarding and orientation for global/local leaders.
• Guide annual strategies and budgets with Affinity Group leaders.
• Identify partnership opportunities and create shared resources across groups.
