Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in inclusion or HR at a law firm or professional services firm.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a department budget.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring a department budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to client inclusion surveys and requests.
• Oversee the Opportunity & Inclusion Sponsorship Program.
• Develop and manage the Opportunity & Inclusion budget.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to affinity groups.
